Shipping Information
The shipment of our products is made with lots of care by a courier service we have chosen, ensuring advantageous rates for you and quick transportation of goods. Most orders will ship out within 2-3 days of ordering (we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays) because most of our products are not in stock.
We ship orders to all EU countries, US states and territories, as well as all other countries.

Shipping Status
You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number and a URL to check the status of your order.
Any duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase, so if you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced subject. Just fill in the return form you received with your parcel, giving us the info we need. If you missed the form and need a new one just click here .
For your return your choices are:
Exchange with another piece. If you want to replace it with something else available, then you need to inform us in advance, in order to keep your new item reserved for you. In that case just email us at info@kadohandmade.gr. The exchange must be done within 10 working days of receipt for orders from Greece and within 14 working days of receipt for international Orders. The new product must have the same or higher price from the original. For product exchanges of greater value than the original order value, we will contact the customer who would have to cover the price difference.
Full amount refund. You may apply for a full refund of the money you spent on your order by the same method you used to pay. If it was Cash On Delivery method you'll receive the amount via bank transfer which takes approximately 2-3 days to complete. In case you would like to return an order at our offices and receive a refund, please do so within 10 business days of receipt (Orders from Greece), 14 business days of receipt (International Orders), using any courier service.
Notes:
- Courier expenses and any other costs that might occur for the returned product are payable by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.
- Sales Section Products are not refundable and can only be exchanged with other products on sale or products from the currently available collection. Customer is responsible for covering any difference in prices between the two products.
- Refund is not possible on custom made products.
- Given the hand-made and unique textile nature of our clothes there are often slight variations between each item. We happily accept exchange requests for a different variation.
Please ensure that all the original tags are attached on the item and the item is at its original perfect condition.
